Dear ID Mobile Support,
I recently ported my number from Three to ID Mobile. After experiencing issues with SMS showing the wrong number, I requested a replacement eSIM.
Since installing it on my Samsung Galaxy S25, I now have no service, and the phone shows “SIM not provisioned.” I cannot make or receive calls or texts.
Please urgently activate the eSIM and ensure it is fully provisioned with my correct ported number. I expect confirmation and resolution within 48 hours.
