Put my wife’s new sim into her phone, got the id symbol come up but nothing working.
tried my id sim in her phone which worked Ok
did everything I’d recommend still not working.
read that you can get a replacement from Curry’s?

Sorry to hear that, you’ll be able to pick up a replacement SIM card at any Currys store and activate it here.
