Hi, I received my id sim a while ago, I got a pac code from my previous contract and transferred my number. It said it would transfer over yesterday but I still have no service and my number isn’t working

If your old service provider’s SIM has stopped working, then iD Mobile have begun working on your switch, @Jessblyth.

Are calls, texts and data working at all with your iD SIM?
