My sim doesn't work i received a temporary number while my usual number was swapped over to id mobile but it doesn't work "unknown number" is what is connected to my id sim in my settings, my number was scheduled to switch over today and it hasn't I tried all the options it says to try and nothing is working

Maybe turn your phone off overnight and see how things are in the morning,
The iD advisers only work between 9am - 8pm on weekdays.
I spoke to an advisor this morning my account wasn't on their system although I have a contract with them, they have resolved the issue now and created an account on their system my sim should be working after 24hrs
