I have had a dual sim in my phone for over a year one of which is 3D mobile. However over the last week I have noticed its not been rining yet I am receiving messages left.
I have checked the settings under SIM Manager and it seems to have turned itself off and whenever i turn it back on again it turns back off and says SIM2 unknown number so basically its not recognised.
Could the sim card itself have developed a fault. Took to a phone shop today and they couldnt help!
Ok just found that its working from another phone. I dont understand what it could be as I’ve had it as a dual sim for over a year working from the same phone yet suddenly it wont work!
