sim replacement help

My wife ordered a new mobile on ID, we where sent the phone and no sim. So had to visit curries to pick up a new sim. How do we activate the new sim as we put PAC code in on purchase and that has switched to the sim she never recieved.  Whenever we try and log in to the id app it says it has sent a code to her number....which is activated to the sim she has never received 🤷‍♂️. We are stuck

Has the replacement iD SIM card been activated, @Mikenlfc86

You don’t need to use the iD app to activate your replacement SIM card. 

To activate a replacement iD SIM card online (without an online account, nor the iD app), try https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/customerPortIn.

Also, has the switching date passed or is it in the future?

You don’t need to use the iD app to activate your replacement SIM card. 

To activate a replacement iD SIM card online (without an online account, nor the iD app), try https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/customerPortIn.

Also, has the switching date passed or is it in the future?

You’ll be able to activate a replacement SIM card here, then use the port form here to transfer a number across.
