Upgraded my phone 2 weeks ago (16th) , no issue got new phone put sim card in all OK.

 

But got a text yesterday (30th) saying ‘Great News!, Your Sim activation is in progress, We’ll send you a text once it’s complete.’

 

and today (31st) midday the phone said ‘sim not provisioned' I have gone into my account and reactivated but still no mobile single, so no phone!

 

Please can someone have a look at this ASAP, I do not understand why I got the text saying the sim activation was in progress as I’ve not got or needed a new sim.
