SIM says my phone is not recognised but is compatible - has been working but just stopped - why?

So - I’ve been with ID for just over a year - and it’s been working fine. However, about a month ago, I was getting no coverage or data except when I could link to wifi (so COMPLETELY useless for maps, receiving whatsapps on the go etc). I’ve tried all the switching on an off, taking card out etc but to no avail. I have an iPhone 13 mini which is compatible, my bills are all up to date - could someone let me know what’s going on - when I go into settings it just says ‘phone not recognised’ - extremely frustrating and the online chat has just been an awful experience….. how do I get to engage with a human? Many thanks, Skifran

Hey @Skifran01,

I’d suggest contacting the Live Chat team and request a replacement digital eSIM. As it’ll have a new SIM number, this should resolve the ‘not recognised’ error.

Thanks.
