SIM suddenly not working

I received a text yesterday from ID Mobile saying “Great news! Your SIM activation is in progress. We’ll send you a text once it’s done.”

 

Shortly after this my SIM stops working completely, and all I can get is Wifi. Do I need to request a replacement SIM? i never requested anything so I'm not sure why its happened.

Contact customer support.  Sounds like someone did something wrong on their end, mistyped a number mayhaps and something intended for someone else happened to you. I doubt anyone here can do something about that.

I have just activated my new SIM card, how long does it take to start working?
