split number port issue

I see many have had a similar problem. However I cannot seem to find anyway of contacting ID mobile through the app to resolve this issue. Any ideas on how to resolve the split port issue. My specific problem is that I am not receiving any text messages which means logging into various apps is impossible due to two step verification using text. Please help

You’ll need to ask iD customer support for post-switching help, ​@ScotF.

Your iD account is strictly private, and nobody here in this online public forum has access.

The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
