I have switched from EE to iD mobile and my switch date was for today (December 30th 2024).  I have received a text from iD saying my number has ported at 12:13pm. While I can make calls and send texts through my iD SIM, I can’t receive calls or texts - they go through to my old EE simSIM

iD chat support told me that it seems that it has all gone through on their end, and to contact EE to see if they have cancelled the SIM. When I contacted EE, they said the transfer is complete but said to wait till 12am tonight. If it hasn’t transferred by tomorrow morning, contact iD.

I plan to update this thread with any resolutions, as I found others haven’t.

SOLVED: both outbound and incoming calls and texts were fixed by 6pm that day.
