Customer Support keep telling me that my Split Port problem is being escalated, but no one ever comes back to me with any information!
So frustrating.
CS and Technoical team seem to have done nothing for 6 days, apart from offer me £20 compensation.
I can’t use any of my banking apps or anything that needs 2FA by SMS, so compensation is irrelevant. I just need to be able to receive calls and texts. IT CAN’T BE THAT HARD!!
I’ll be cancelling my contract if it’s not resolved in the next day or so, beacuse I’ve had enough...
