Hi. I'm with ID Mobile on SIM only. Just changed plan as due but had an email saying I need to action keeping my number if I'm switching to ID Mobile..... But I'm not, I'm staying with them. What do I need to do, if anything, to keep number when just changing SIM plan? Thanks

Sounds like you didn’t change your current plan but instead purchased a second sim-only plan.
