I still can't call out even after restarting my phone anyone else?

    We had experienced an outage with our partners at Three, which may have explained the problems you had been facing? We are very sorry about any inconvenience caused, but this has all been resolved now. Can you please try another reboot of your handset? Do you have VoLTE enabled?
