I have been with id mobile for almost two months and I have also changed my old phone number to it and since then, I have been unable to receive sms from abroad, including from an important international iD I rely on for my passport. We have tried everything but id mobile seems unwilling or unable to fix the issue…
do not recommend any more settings change, everything has been tried, can you please just sort it? And please, stop calling during working hours as I can’t answer.
