still unable to receive sms from abroad on id mobile

I have been with id mobile for almost two months and I have also changed my old phone number to it and since then, I have been unable to receive sms from abroad, including from an important international iD I rely on for my passport. We have tried everything but id mobile seems unwilling or unable to fix the issue…

do not recommend any more settings change, everything has been tried, can you please just sort it? And please, stop calling during working hours as I can’t answer.

I completely understand how important this is, especially for urgent matters like your passport.

Although you’ve already tried these steps, for clarity we usually recommend the following troubleshooting:

Restart your phone – ensures the device reconnects to the network.

Check roaming settings – ensure data/roaming is enabled if needed for international SMS.

Check SMS Centre number – confirm it is set correctly for your SIM (usually automatic).
 

Try a different location – sometimes network issues can be local.

good to know I am not the only one having the issue but still bad as it has not been sorted yet.
