I have been with id mobile for almost two months and I have also changed my old phone number to it and since then, I have been unable to receive sms from abroad, including from an important international iD I rely on for my passport. We have tried everything but id mobile seems unwilling or unable to fix the issue…
do not recommend any more settings change, everything has been tried, can you please just sort it? And please, stop calling during working hours as I can’t answer.

I tried what you suggested. The mobile phone on my device was correct but i changed it anyway (I did not put the +44 and started with 0 then my number, not sure if that makes any difference ) then I turned off the iMessage, reset the networks settings and after it restarted, I turned on iMessage but under network provider services it still gives the wrong number. What can I do now?
Update:
I tried everything you suggested (even if the number was already correct, I reset it again) but it is still showing the wrong number under network provider services under mobile service in settings
