swapped QR codes

I purchased two contracts on the same day in the week.

But they were being delivered on different days to 2 different addresses 

I received one QR code for the phone that was shipped and delivered first.

And so this was added to the phone yesterday when it was delivered however it turns out this QR code was in fact for the second phone which was delivered today. 

I still do not have a QR code sent for the other. 

I tried ordering a replacement sim online but the number that's linked is the wrong sim so I'm in a pickle here

I have removed the esim of the first phone and now I can't get in touch with anyone from customer service. 

I wish I had the physical sims. That was simple

Hey there ​@ambaishaq, we’re sorry to hear that. Are you still awaiting the email for the second QR code/eSIM?

 

If you wish to have two physical SIM cards, you could also visit a Currys store and pick up two free physical SIM cards there if you’d prefer.
