Hello, my partner and I bought phones with the switch to the ID network which was supposed to happen on 07/04/2025 but it is not switched and we cannot have contact with our daughters because they cannot make calls, text messages or connect to the internet. nor can anyone call or write to them.

Have you been sure to take the Vodafone SIM cards out and put the iD Mobile SIMs inside?
