Good morning 

I have recently switched to ID got the msg that my line was active, have 5G and can use data, but can not make or receive calls, when someone rings me their phone rings but mines does not, when I try to ring out it will not connect with any number? 
Please can you help?

If you can still use your data and send/receive texts then it sounds like the 3G network has now been turned off in your area.
Is your phone on the ‘Approved Handsets’ list for use with the VoLTE(4G) network?

Is VoLTE enable on your phone?
Do you see ‘LTE’ under the preferred network selection?

It may be helpful to do an internet search to find a solution to this e.g. how to enable VoLTE on (make/model)
