Hi, I am stuck!! I requested a pac code to move over to ID mobile, I can’t remember if I submitted this when I placed order but anyway my number switched the following day from setting phone up.  The issue is that when I am trying to login to ID mobile app it is not registering my number from previous network but does recognise new mobile number issued by ID mobile??  I have contacted my previous provider to ask whether the pac code has been used and they can only tell me it was issued!  I don’t understand how I am using ID mobile network in my new phone with my old number if it has not been ported over.  I am concerned that my contract with previous provider will continue to run until they get notification that OAC code has been used.

Sounds like a problem with the iD Mobile app, ​@Josie T

Can you login to your ‘old’ account, with your previous service provider, and check if your ‘old’ account is closed?

If so, when was it due to complete on?

I had an email after I posted.  Apparently it will happen before 10pm today

OK no worries ​@Gaznoddy 

If you give your phone a reboot occasionally throughout the day, then you can check if the switch has gone through.
