Hi, I am stuck!! I requested a pac code to move over to ID mobile, I can’t remember if I submitted this when I placed order but anyway my number switched the following day from setting phone up. The issue is that when I am trying to login to ID mobile app it is not registering my number from previous network but does recognise new mobile number issued by ID mobile?? I have contacted my previous provider to ask whether the pac code has been used and they can only tell me it was issued! I don’t understand how I am using ID mobile network in my new phone with my old number if it has not been ported over. I am concerned that my contract with previous provider will continue to run until they get notification that OAC code has been used.
