Hi I have joined id mobile from three and I requested my number to be switched yesterday received a message to restart the phone so I did perfect my old number come up when rang my partner today I text a m8 they asked if it was my new number for some reason it's showing a completely different number when I text its not even the number from ID mobile any help appreciated thank you

    Have you tried turning OFF iMessage or Android RCS chat features, on the handset with your iD SIM, @Stej88?
