My switch from Plusnet should have gone through yesterday. Messages going as text not iMessage and calls not getting through either. Checked my settings and have changed to correct phone number but will not accept the change and also setting’s for messages is stating waiting for activation. Have switched phone on and off several times and switched to old sim but no joy. I am at the end of my tether and can’t speak or chat to anyone at id mobile 😤

Can you just check is the old SIM working still or disconnected?
Please note, ports take up to 10PM on the day to complete so it could have been processing.
What happens if someone rings you from the ported number?
What number shows if you ring from your phone? (what error do you hear)
Do texts send without iMessage on fine?
