I am switching from EE and have today received my new iPhone with new sim.
Am I using the new sim or continuing with the old one?
I did all the PAC details when ordering the contract so I could keep my old number. When putting the new sim in today it’s a different number.
I then tried the PAC stuff again, as per this site but it said there was a problem.

Have you already given us a PAC code to transfer your number from EE to iD Mobile?
We’d recommend keeping on your old SIM card until the transfer happens and the old SIM switches off, once it does, switch over to the iD Mobile SIM card.
