Switching old number to ID

I entered all the information needed to switch my ID plan to my old number and it was confirmed. But i never received anything of O2 (my old provider) or heard anything since from ID? I have tried to complete the form again and it won't let me? 
I've set up my online app etc and it's been 2 working days since i have done the process. I've inserted my ID sim and nothing has changed to i've switched back to my O2 sim as i don't want the faff of changing numbers. 
Can anyone help?
