Hello,

I have ordered a new sim today. I have got an email that it has been processed. 

I also provided the PAC code during the order process and it told me the switchover will happens on 19th Aug

If I get a new sim from currys store, can the ID mobile do switch sooner ?​​

Hi @ALIKZ99 

 

It may typically be possible to cancel a switch and then have it scheduled for an earlier date, but that would be done by getting in touch with us directly, not by getting a replacement SIM card from a Currys store.

 

Getting a replacement SIM card from a Currys store and activating it before your initial one is delivered would just mean the one being delivered is now redundant.
