Just started a first ID mobile contract, found that when sending text messages I get the response ‘not delivered’ but they are. Causes confusion if messages are actually sent or not

We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your text messages showing not delivered.
Can you please confirm what handset you are using? Also, if this is an iPhone, is this happening in iMessage?

Thanks for the response however I managed to get it sorted out on ‘X’ yesterday. Basically my new phone was still displaying the ‘old’ temporary ID mobile number not my transferred across correct one - all ok now thanks
