I've been having this issue for the past 2.5 years - basically since I switched to ID. I asked for my previous number to be carried over to my new contract and this issue has periodically resurfaced since - nobody at ID seems to know what's going on, and no solution that has been provided has stuck.
The number I keep switching to is the number that I was initially provided by ID, before asking for my original phone number to be transferred over.
