Hello my old number from three was supposed to port over yesterday but it didn't . I have had a message from three to tell me my number has now been disconnected but it has still not ported over to my id mobile sim

It sounds like your port has completed if your Three number has disconnected.

I would advise resetting your network settings and restarting the handset.

If your number isn’t showing the correct one, please let us know and we will drop you a PM.
