I’m trying to transfer my phone number? I have a pac code but I can’t find my transaction number as I didn’t receive a welcome email. How do I get one?

Hi Lorraine, I'm the same.... No welcome email to send pac number too & I can't find the new fone number anywhere. Very annoying.
