Hi, I am unable to locate my transaction number to transfer my old phone number to ID Mobile.
I did not receive a welcome email as described in the FAQ’s.

Hi Kery. I got my PAC Code through email but also through a text message from EE. Check your messages, or may be give a call to your old phone provider.
