Transfer Number

Hi

I’ve transferred my number from Three to ID Mobile, following the steps outlined in the various emails. It was stated that the transfer would take place at 22:00 yesterday evening. My number has transferred but I am not getting any mobile signal either functionality online available when connected to WiFi. Can you advise on any setting amendments I need to make?

Sorry to hear this, are you sure the iD Mobile SIM card is the one in your device? If a physical SIM, in SIM slot 1?
