Transferring from Three

I've found a phone and tariff from ID mobile im happy with. I'm on the last page, added bank details and card details for the token payment. One click away from getting my contract.

It hasn't asked for any previous network info or PAC code. I still owe £300 to three. Am I ok to advance with the contract? Does the process of moving number and paying off the old one happen once I have my new handset?

Hi @AV86  welcome to iD!

If you had missed the box for your PAC during the sale, you can still switch to us post sale here - Switch | iD Mobile Network

Your outstanding bill is still owed to Three and they will bill you for this.

Thank you.

I started the process again and saw the option. Last time I switched i entered my PAC and it didn't go through until I activated my phone.

On ID it was either wait until phone arrives or Immediately and I wasn't sure if that would deactivate my current line before my new phone arrives.

Order placed now, so will be up and running in a couple of days I imagine.
