I have previously had an ID mobile pay monthly sim only contract. I have just purchased a new 24 month contract with ID mobile again and I was not prompted to enter my PAC code. My new phone has been delivered and I’m not sure how to transfer my old number over to my new sim?

Are you trying to transfer your number from another network to iD or iD to iD?
To transfer from another network, you’ll be able to use the port form;
https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/
Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to transfer a number directly from one iD Mobile plan to another.
