Tried to submit PACS code,

My PACS code keeps saying the details aren’t correct, when 100% they are correct. 
I’m desperate to keep my number as I have a job that heavily relies on it!

I panicked when I saw in my welcome to ID Mobile email when I saw it was a different number.

Is there any solution to this?
