Trouble making calls

I cannot receive or make calls only via WhatsApp or messenger. What should I do ?

Thanks looked at other people having the same issue, put my sim in another phone then back in mine. All good now thanks 😊

Have you checked your mobile number is correct in the Settings on the handset with iD SIM, @Angela Boff?

Perhaps iD have switched OFF the 3G network service in you area, @Angela Boff?

You might need to enable VoLTE (4G Calling) on the handset with your giffgaff SIM.
