I cannot receive or make calls only via WhatsApp or messenger. What should I do ?

Have you checked your mobile number is correct in the Settings on the handset with iD SIM,
Yes that's correct
Perhaps iD have switched OFF the 3G network service in you area,
You might need to enable VoLTE (4G Calling) on the handset with your giffgaff SIM.
Thanks looked at other people having the same issue, put my sim in another phone then back in mine. All good now thanks
