trouble with ordering a replacement sim

My family are new ID mobile customers.  My son has lost his sim before it even went in the phone.  We are trying to order him a replacement on the app but the app is trying to send him a one time passcode  to access the app to his phone number which he now doesn’t have (the sim he has lost) so he can’t access the app to ask for a replacement.  How shall we proceed?

Thanks for your response ​@andewhite.  I thought from reading a few other posts on the subject that Curry’s couldn’t help if you’d purchased it on line.  Also it came with a discount for the first few months.  We have already sent the pac number etcetera to ID for that change to happen on the new sim they’d issued, it just never got put in the phone.  How do I get hold of ID to ask them to send another card with the pac number etc to go to the same account.   or don I need to cancel my son’s account and start completely again from scratch do you think?
