trying to buy a contract phone

Hi I have tried to order the iPhone 13 on a contract at £20.99 a month but when i get to confirming my identity and you taking 1p from my bank there keeps being an error

    Have you tried a different bank card at all? 

     

    Also, do the details match the bank card being used?
