unable to call or message!!

I joined idmobile over a month ago. I transferred my old number but was also given an e-sim. I am unable to make calls using my primary number so I have to keep switching to mobile data. I cannot make calls or send messages unless I keep switching between primary & mobile data. My primary number & mobile data number are both the same ! Any ideas ??

Hey there ​@Danny Hutchings, sorry to hear that. To clarify, are you trying to use two SIM cards for the same contract, or for two separate contracts?

 

To use our SIM card, it may need to be the primary SIM at all times.
