unable to make and recieve calls

Moved to Id mobile last week, I can send texts and use 5G but I just noticed today when went to make a normal call that calls won’t go through and when someone phones me it doesn’t go through, texts go through but calls don’t - I can’t make or recieving them

please can someone help me

    Have you tried restarting the phone with your iD SIM, ​@mattks?
