I posted earlier and received good advice to contact the live chat. After over an hour on the chat, the advisor has come back and said there is a fault whereby some customers cannot call out which is my main problem. I also cannot get internet unless I am at home. 
I can’t tell if I am being fobbed off. The advisor tried a eSIM which came through but made no difference at all! Can anyone advise on this please? Thank you.

Sorry to hear this, I don’t believe you’re being ‘fobbed off’.

 

There has been a recent issue with calls, however data should be fine if it was related to this issue.

 

Please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’re having issues?
