unable to make phonecalls

Hello there.

I juistchanged to ID mobile keeping my old number. Three days ago on Tuesday I got a email saying that the switch was complete. But it has been three days and still cannot make any call.  Can anyone help me? How do I call customer service?

I have S. Galaxy S24 just got it from ID mobile too. What is happening is that when making a call I cannot hear the other person I am talking to. The phone rings normally but just can't hear the person talking

Is the issue with all calls? It may be worth testing your SIM in a different handset in case it’s a handset issue.
