Unable to transfer my number to ID from EE


I was on ID mobile and took out a new contract, I was advised I couldn’t move my number to my new ID contract and had to transfer this to another provider before I could move back to ID. I have transferred my number to EE (completed yesterday) and tried to transfer back to ID today but this keeps failing on the website. Any help?

Failing in what way?

It’s a bit late now, but try chatting with a live chat agent tomorrow and ask them to arrange the port in request on your behalf.

Hi, yes they carried out the transfer for me - however I was advised it would be complete by 9pm today but it has not gone through?

Have you tried to restart the handset and check if the number has ported over?

Hi, number hasn’t ported over. Tried to speak with someone on live chat earlier but said they were unable to help. Please can you advise? I need this number transferring 😭
