Unable to use SIM since this morning

Hello. I am currently without a service, after receiving a SMS this morning, stating my SIM activation is in progress. This is puzzling, as I did not request any changes to my SIM or my account. Thankyou in advance.

Hi, no I’m still without a service after contacting an agent via “X”. I’m waiting on a follow-up from the “Chief Executives Office”. If nothing happens until after this weekend I shall be closing my account.

Update: A physical SIM replacement is in the process of being posted, which should resolve the issues.
