I have an iPhone 13 Pro and recently switched over to ID Mobile, including porting my number over. My voicemail worked perfectly with this device on my previous network.
Since switching to ID my voicemail only works if I manually reject a call.
However, if the call is unanswered it does not trip to voicemail but instead just gives a message saying the call cannot be connected.
Can anyone help get this working? Live chat have not been any help unfortunately.
