Hi,

  I reported my phone as lost recently but it has now been found. I reported the loss to ID mobile

  so the phone was blocked. The phone has now been recovered.  Please can you tell me how I

   unblock my phone.

You probably need to chat with iD support using their Live Chat service, @Tabby

The advisers work between 9am -8 pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm at weekdays (+ bank holidays).

Tell the 24/7 chatbot that you want to “talk to a person”.

 


Hi @Tabby, you can unblacklist the phone/SIM card by logging into the iD mobile account if you have access to this.
