My Dad account was frauded around 12 to 18 months not long after he took out a contract with ID mobile. It was eventually sorted.
However he has now tried to move networks and have been trying to get the phone unblocked as the tesco SIM won’t work in the phone. He has been told ID mobile do not block phones. However it would appear there is some sort of block on his phone to not allow it to work with another network. He has spoke to numerous people and no one can help or explain what is happening or if there is anyway to get the issue resolved.
He has a perfect phone that can no longer be used so extremely frustrating.
Does anyone have any experience of this or able to provide any more information. ID mobile have not been very helpful in their response to this issue.
