So I upgraded my handset last year but id are now saying I've taken a new contract and didn't upgrade so being charged twice now. Complaint as can't talk to these people over the phone. Anybody else had issues with these guys and upgrades. 

They’re an online only provider so use their CHAT feature or direct message via social media.😀
