Hi,

I purchased a new deal with yourselves as I was due an upgrade but it's not showing as an upgrade on the app and you've given me a different phone number.

It sounds like you haven’t purchased an upgrade, but a new, separate plan entirely.

 

If you don’t want the new number/plan and instead wish to upgrade, it may be worth cancelling your new order and processing an upgrade.
