Hi , I have recently come over to ID mobile from another network provider with my existing phone. I now have been gifted a newer model IPhone from my wife and would like to use this with ID mobile than my original phone . How do I get my new phone up and running?, the new phone was originally on Sky mobile .Thanks

Hi @Guy Jones and welcome to iD!You will be able to pop your iD SIM in the phone and use that instead if you wish. Are you using an eSIM or a physical SIM?Is the Sky handset locked to Sky? If so, you would need to ask them to unlock it.Please let us know how you get on.
