upgrading a phone with the same ESIM

Hi , I have recently come over to ID mobile from another network provider with my existing phone. I now have been gifted a newer model IPhone from my wife and would like to use this with ID mobile than my original phone . How do I get my new phone up and running?, the new phone was originally on Sky mobile .

    Hi ​@Guy Jones  and welcome to iD!

    You will be able to pop your iD SIM in the phone and use that instead if you wish. Are you using an eSIM or a physical SIM?

    Is the Sky handset locked to Sky? If so, you would need to ask them to unlock it.
